It's Father's Day, and Diamond Tiara has decided to make her father Filthy Rich the greatest breakfast-in-bed he's ever tasted!

Aura and Trixie have been living in Ponyville for a few months now, with the ocassional travelling across Equestria to perform Trixie's shows, and life has been pretty peaceful for them.

In the Changeling Kingdom, however, tensions continue to rise as the hunt for RE brings the loyalty of all changeling soldiers into question, and the griffon Emperor Nero takes advantage of this vulnerable time in Queen Chrysalis' reign to erradicate the enemy race once and for all.

With Aura called back to the Changeling Kingdom, Trixie goes along with her to protect the youngling who she has come to know as a good friend over the past few months.

On the other side, Rainbow Dash wants to do whatever she can to help her childhood friend turned soldier Gilda in her time of need. Even if it means fighting against somepony who may or may not be her friend.

After a chance encounter in Baltimare, Rainbow Dash and Trixie spend a little time together working on a way to redeem Trixie's Great and Powerful stagename, during which the two discover new feelings for one another, thus setting them both off on their new adventures of romance together.

The story of why Trixie Lulamoon travels the land of Equestria. This story is written for the flashfic event set up by Noble Cause, with the following prompt:

"Fireworks and the open road. Sun, rain, sleet and hail. Through it all, Trixie travels. It's up to you to figure out why she travels, and the reason she performs. A friend she left behind? Wanting to show up Twilight? Something else? It's down to you."

Trixie Lulamoon is known for her shows in Ponyville, but she could always do with a little extra spending money. And so, she decided to take advantange of the upcoming summer by starting up a theatrical arts class for young foals.

Trixie returns to Ponyville to confess her love to Twilight Sparkle, and ask the mare out on a date. However, cold hooves get the best of her, and she realises that she must make a good entrance to impress her. And what better way than to show her amazing talents by wrapping up winter all on her own?

After being saved one day by Rainbow Dash, Silver Spoon develops a crush on the number one flyer of Ponyville. Needless to say, a certain Pegasus filly isn't too pleased with this.
