Nice story I enjoyed the funny ending.
The ending definitely had some good gags, but I felt it clashed badly with the rest of the story by overplaying your hand. By a lot. I didn't downvote, but I refrained from the upvote I thought was in the bag.

I honestly don't know what to think about this fanfic.
Let's start with some good. Fantastic little premise you have here. Great cover art and hook to draw me in, and an interesting idea to go along with it. Your characterizations of the fillies and colts are great and the whole Alula thing is amusing. However, Silver Spoon is unbelievably flighty. I find it hard to believe that one can develop a crush in two days and then U-turn that crush in about five minutes, both just because somepony did something nice to her.
On the flip side, however, she is a young filly and the "flightiness" is really the driving force of the fic that makes it so unique and amusing, even if I do have to take it with a grain of salt. Although, there are a lot of ways this story could go, and several of them could end rather poorly. Also the "random" tag gives me some modicum of hesitation.
In contrast, your characterization of Rainbow Dash was amazing. I love how she keeps the cocky attitude but with less of the general assery we saw in season two. She's understanding, compassionate, and is setting an excellent example by not taking sides in the Scoots/Spoon argument. Her maturity really shines here. Unfortunately, this is absolutely RIDDLED with spelling errors. I counted at least seven serious ones. You should seriously just READ your own work once and see where it just stops making sense. It was actually really bad. Bad enough to break the immersion and force me to go back and read again just to understand what you were trying to say on several occasions.
But then, you expand on the potential by grabbing Trixie and Princess Twilight and adding them to the mix (and a teaspoon of vanilla). I'm not super fond of either character, but still the potential is there. This could become a very interesting interweaving of characters. That "random" tag still makes me skeptical, though.
...Yeah, I don't really know what to think. I'll be following this. I withhold my vote until further progression transpires.
This was cute! I really like how you manage to make characters like Silver Spoon and Diamond Tiara protagonists without changing their characters from what we see on the show. And your Rainbow Dash really is awesome.

I like this story. It shows a nice side of two of the most annoying fillies in the show and gives them some depth.
And of course it's nice to see Trixie back in the picture and being nice.

This fic was both fun and adorable. Just the sort of pick-me-up needed on an entirely depressing, rainy, grey day! Flighty playground crushes are the best crushes.
I think you were spot on with the characters. Scootaloo, Dash and Diamond Tiara were great. Alula was cute too, but can't much compliment the characterization of someone we know nothing about, save for being Cloudkicker's sister, and maybe-possibly having a fillyhood crush on DT. But hey, she was incredibly cute too.
Oddly, I think that Silver Spoon was the weakest, but that's an artifact of the brevity needed for a crisp setup, I think. Her fanfilly mode is a bit much, for the help given. But, Trixie soothes that idea at the end, showing that DT is quite willing to chase anyone that's both a big personality, and is nice to her. In any case, it certainly wasn't anything that detracted from the fun of the work.
...Also, apparently you're the author of A Twixie Love Story. I remember reading that some time back. I think you've certainly honed your skills since you started that. Everything about your style is a lot more natural, and smooth now. Great work, and thanks for the read!

To be honest I was almost expecting the ever elusive "ScootaSpoon" ship once Dashie rejected her carefully.
Somepony needs to make more ScootaSpoon stories, without the clop or violence if possible.
By the way "The Serenade of Silver Belles by Your Antagonist" is a pretty nice "Silverbelle" ship if any of you have not read it, do be wary of his other stories and keep your mature off if you can't stand those kind of things.

I liked this fic quite a bit
The Good: The characters were all very well done. I appericated how Silver Spoon's infatuation with RD was just like young love... because that's what it was. Good way to end it, also. I love how you wrote for Rainbow Dash. First time reading, my favorite parts were the park and the whole sharing of what's really going on, and of course the surprse towards the end
The Bad: There were numerous errors throughout the story, mostly in the sentences. There are places where words were omitted all together. The writing was a bit awkward in places, but I could make sense of it and fill in the blanks. A little proof reading could have remedied these minor issues
Despite the Bad, it never got redundant in word-use or draggy. All in all good job
Also, perhaps you did not intend to do this -- why put the coda in the author's notes? That section's meant for your personal reactions/explaination for what you're writing

I think the character-depiction of Silver Spoon and Diamond Tiara was pretty spot-on. Rainbow Dash seemed just a little bit too well-spoken until I remembered that she does actually know plenty of 'big' words...just not what they all mean.
This gave me so many manga-flashbacks. "Suteki~!"
All in all, a great and wonderful read! I'd actually like to read more of your depictions of Silver Spoon and Diamond Tiara...and Alula

This is adorable! It's kind of cute to see Silver Spoon being so vulnerable, and so easily swayed by kindness from cool ponies. I love the way you portrayed Rainbow Dash here, too - she was as empathetic as she was with Scootaloo. And Trixie being nice to crying foals is a sweet touch, too.
