The inquisitor seems a lit kinder then a mare who spent her life torturing "mudponies" could believably be imo. Also why the Twiacorn tag? That will just confuse people who are unfamiliar with the Divide-iverse, which is unfortunately, most. Not bad though. I like the idea of Twi being still being friendly to unicorns even if she has changed so much, still a little odd that she would prepare the party personally considering she's a dictator and the others are random soldiers. You'd think the Cult would have given surprise parties a bad rep anyway though.
