But when someone else finds their way into her prison, she finds a new way to pass the time, and soon revenge is no longer on top of her list.
She returns to Equestria, but she's not alone, and the Royal Family has a new member.

This is a very interesting story. It has a great background that you made. Your writing style here is also fantastic. Its great how you made your own twists to the cross stories and made them work. If you can, try and continue this. It sounds like it could be a good story.

I'll need some time. I'm in a turbulent time of life right now, and would like to plan it out proper before writing. I'd have to think good and hard about what Star's presence would do to the story-line as well as a few other things, while also working on other stories, one of which is for this site as well that I have mostly planned out .
I like it. It doesn't look like you're forcing anything from what I could tell. As for the name of the story? The current name is what drew me to it in the first place.

I hope you do keep going with this story. I want to see more of it. I can't wait to see how Star Bolt (Harry) acclimates to modern times and Ponyville. I also want to know more about how Spike is in the position he is in, and I can't wait to see how the others act around Star Bolt.
As for the Title, I say keep it. No reason to change it I can see. I guess you could have it be just Star Bolt, but the full current title works just fine. It probably even as others have said, helps bring more attention to the story.
I love stories like these - especially because, well, it's Luna and Harry. Kindred spirits, in a way. I'm not so sure about Celestia being Spike's mother - I always had Twi pegged as that figure, especially considering she hatched him. Then again, Celestia would have been the reasonable, mature, mother figure, so I can go with it. The way you write Harry and Luna being unaccustomed to modern slang is adorable.
Also, Voldemort got pwned permanently by a pretty pony princess. Talk about an embarassing end. I'd keep the title the same, but I'm awful at thinking of titles, so my advice counts for very little.
