Wouldn't a picture of an anthro Octavia convay the message more then a humanized Octavia. Like in your other pictres.
Actually no, anthropomorphism is non human things having human like qualities. That ranges from just talking animals, to animals with a human like shape, like the Starfox characters. Since the ponies can already talk, anthropomorphc ponies refers to them with a human body shape, but with all of the featurs from their quadraped form. Humanized on the other hand is when the ponies are completly human. This also refers to when they are humans with horns, and/or wings.
So anthro, and humanized are two different things, and the picture you have is misleading.

"She used to be a damn horse" - She technically still is, so this statement is a bit odd.
