I really like this story thus far. The only thing I would change is it feels a little short and abrupt. Showing Scootaloo around Dash's cloud house for example I felt could be fleshed out more. See how Scootaloo reacts to various objects Dash might have, and those objects in turn building Dash's character beyond that of the show.
In either case, your characters are very believable and I am thoroughly enjoying it.
