I'm not all that big on the "Doctor Whooves" fanon idea, given I'm not into Dr. Who at all really. So I tend to avoid stories focused on him. This one has caught my eye.
It may not be perfect, but it definitely has personality.

I think the 'Englmane' bit was too far a stretch, myself, and the last paragraph felt awkward. Other than that, a decent little story.

The 1 problem I have with this story is. Ya play up Dash as an asshole! Dash is not an asshole! Did you see the cutie mark Chronicles? Dash would never do that! I don't know why you would make Rainbow say that. But she would never do that! Other than that this story surprised the hell out of me. You get a 8.5/10

Through Watching all the episodes, I've learned that all the elements but Fluttershy,and Pinkie are jerks. And Pinkie is insane, which means only Fluttershy is that much of a likable person.
Twilight is cruel to Spike, Rainbow has been both jerky and egotistical on several occasions, Apllejack is waaay too protective of her sister, and Rarity is whiny and needy. Plus the mare do well incident makes everyone seem like a jerk, but I forgive
