In the past, I’ve had a pretty bad reception to my snuff fics. Some have even called them “troll fics”, as in, I’m not trying to serve any purpose with the story other than piss people off. As this is my first one in a while, I thought it would be a good idea not only to put multiple disclaimers in the description, but also a seperate meta chapter with an eye-catching title name that would be an immediate point of interest if this content confused a first-time viewer.
I wouldn’t except it on many future ones.
There's no pleasing these people, trust me. Calling them "puritanical" would be an insult to the Puritans, who realized when they were unwanted and buggered off to another continent.

Oh! Yeah, I mean, for sure. Look through some of my oldest stories, I’m very used to this kind of thing with this content. It’s not going to stop me from writing the content I want to write. I don’t need any sympathy, literally my last story was an E rated story that managed to get featured. I’m a decent enough writer on “normal content” when I want to write regular stories.

Sure, but I still don’t like to think of others so negatively. Yes, some people will see a story like this and immediately downvote, but if I can educate at least one person - teach one person about why I write the things I do, and explain how I still want to be a serious writer - the site becomes a friendlier place. All I can do as a writer is be mature and explain myself when asked to, and present myself in a way that isn’t misconstrued as a “troll”.

Sure, I can whip something up. I have a few older stories you might enjoy too - Pinkies Last Shift, and chapter 2 of The Ball Game - but they’re far more graphic and intense deaths than strangulation.
I also agree - the struggle is sometimes the best part! That’s why in this story, Rarity constantly keeps finding hope where there is none, hoping she can talk her way out of it - the despair when they realize they can’t is pretty awesome.

I'll check them out. And I'm not apposed to the more brutal deaths. But like all things like this there's preferences. I'm not always big on the gore. More of the shock, the betrayal the hopeless struggle to get free. Then after they've finally let go and are dead...can't let the body go to waste.

wasn't a rude remark nor a compliment. But, an observation. This fic was cruel to Rarity but not to the reader. What I mean is, this line
took away any sympathy I had for her, specially seeing how much Sweetie Belle cared for her at the end. Would Rarity be this selfish? Effective grimdarks have some sort of respect towards the character going through adversity until their deadly end. This fic doesn't do that and thusly, hard to get a concrete reaction out of me.

Yes, the idea was to evoke her desperation. However I truly do depict Rarity as this desperate when it comes to death maybe a bit too often.
If you have the time - it's only one chapter, likely getting an entire rework - I'd love your opinion on my old story "The Mane Six Fucking Die". It depicts them, in at least somewhat attempts at Canon personalities, discussing who among them would be best suited for a horrifying end - tell me what you think of the writing?

Aside from the fact that this is a gore fic for the sake of gore, and it depicts FP as a cruel bastard...it's relatively ok.I have two nitpicks though:
1:you said that you wanted to show Rarity's desperation when she was willing to "sell" Sweetie..but considering that she is an element of harmony, I highly doubt that she would react that way.I mean(at least in my opinion) she'd know what that entails, right?
2:I appreciate that you put that pic at the end, however you said that two weeks passed when her body was found.After two weeks in a house, a body decays pretty badly.

Totally normal - me too. Removed from the snuff aspect, I've always since I was a kid enjoyed heart-wrenching stories of characters I love tragically dying - the sad seriousness and depression just felt like good story devices. I remember back in 2013 when I was first getting into the Fandom, one of the first fics that got me was "Circle of Friends" - and the distinct, edgy feeling I got reading a somber, sad, reflective story where the amazing characters I had spent a month or two getting to love delt with mortality
