After the great battle against Grogar's team of supervillains, the final test for Princess Twilight before her coronation as the new ruler of Equestria, Cozy Glow was turned to stone. Or, at least she was supposed to become turned to stone.
Not everypony agreed with this treatment and not everypony just watched and let it happen. Bitmaker, another student of Princess Twilight's friendship school and Cozy Glow's friend, prevented it. Thanks to him, Cozy Glow can live a happy and peaceful life as a reformed mare in Canterlot.
But how did it come to all of this? What course of events saved Cozy Glow from this terrible fate?

I find Cozy had a lot of potential that was wasted, like what's her background/motivation for her deeds, or parents? Plus, I found it odd for a place like Equestria and for a kids show that a foal has such a fate of being turned to stone

Here is the main thing about the whole Cozy Glow dilemma that I feel is very important. She should've never been made, the idea of a new super villain to the franchise really wasted away many potentials, and the fact that they made it a filly really killed some rules, Instead of making Grogar the final ultimate villain due to his history with Equestria, they made him fake and made Cozy Glow. They took a wrong turn into the franchise, and though it worked, it just wasn't a road they needed to go down.
I visualize the finale for Cozy Glow should have been about her in a dilemma between good and evil, and Grogar being the lead villain of it all.

Thank you! The public updates of this story have been on the backburner for quite some time now while I catch up on writing the commissioned chapters, but this will change again. Only two chapters are left, then I'll have some space to breathe and to touch up and finetune the chapters, after which I will release them here one at a time.
