Ahem. That went pretty well. It can be pretty hard to work with Pinkie as a character because her character can be hard to nail down. Keeping things short and easy was probably the best course for this pair of chapters.
My only true source of disappointment is that these recipes have to be suitable for cartoon ponies, meaning they need to be vegetarian. I, meanwhile, exult in my position as an apex predator, which means that I love meat...a whole lot of meat. Oh well.
The sacrifices we must make for ponies.

Unfortunately, I'm not much of a chili person... or one for spicy foods in general. Which is a bummer because my mom and my Uncle Frank grew up in Louisiana. Frank is an awesome cook, but i'm told his best is hes Cajun cooking.
