As much as I like using my name, it isn't really...pony-like, is it?

I've been toying with some story ideas, and also with an image change. I'd like to have a pony persona despite not being able to draw to save my life. I know what I would like, but I will have to start small. If I decide (for the small handful of you) to do this, would a change of my account name here be a good starting point?

So I might have something cooking for a new story. But whether or not it ends up getting the handful of followers I have organize a mob is to be seen...

As promised in a previous blog post, the time had come for me to deal with one of the monkey's on my back aka unfinished stories here on FimFiction.

I've decided that I want to work on Recipes For Friendship, with the intent on finishing off the Mane 6, plus some extra chapters using some of my fav ponies.

Ok, so I admit I might have rushed the ending of my most recent story to accommodate the coming of the new year. But please remember it has been quite a while since I have written MLP stuff for publishing.

In any event I have decided that my next 'project' is going to be smaller in scale. More like a series of micro-project, if you will:

In hindsight I probably could have consolidated the latter chapters of my recent/current story (for some reason it feels as though I did something wrong if I have a chapter less than 1K words).

But I think the final chapter should make up for it...lots of feels for you 30ish followers.

And I have an idea for a short addition to my one-shot collection for later...

For the thimbleful of people who may or may not be still following me:

When you lose your job, it gives you a lot of free time. Free time that can be used to finally get a new Peppermill story started.

Did you all miss me?

Given that there seems to be more and more of you apparently liking my stories I have finally decided (ie got the time) to work on a new story. Expect to see a bit of Peppermill/Big Macintosh bonding...

Yeah, that is all the clues I am giving...

It's not so much a block as my interest in the storyline had faded. It might have to do with the wicked hours I've been working lately. Might call it 'hiatus' rather than 'cancelled'.

So far, so good. Decided to go with a 'three chapter posting at a time' format. Hopefully you small number of folks who seem to like my work will enjoy, for I am enjoying writing it (and really, isn't that all that really matters? I mean, no one could read it and give me red bars up the wahzoo, but I'd still write...)
