In most clop stories I've seen that involve male dragons, the dragons in question are like lizards, meaning they have internal testicles. It could be that the potion would cause their balls to expand so much that they crush or otherwise interfere with their other organs.

Amazing. Only thing I could wish for was that their size difference came into play. Celestia is tall enough that she could step over Twilight or Luna without even needing to mount them so I always have a hard time imagining a lot of these positions unless they are randomly the same height. Although there is always the problem that almost no one can get to Celestia without some help.

Ever seen a group of girl-friends all catch Baby Fever at the same time cuz one gets up the pole? Fluttercord, Cheesie Pie, Pinkie probably bringing up a loooooot of memories for Mr and Mrs Cake by asking lots and lots of questions, Applejack considering whether she wants to have a family or be with mares (hint: she can magic dick Rainbow Dash and do both :D ), and probably some nonsexual tension because I'm pretty sure somepony will find out and spread the word about Celly and Lulu's more-than-familial relationship and we could have some actual plot. At first I suspected Luna wouldn't replace Celestia but rather fill Twilight's other hole.
