Very good! Though if I recall properly, 8th season had celebration of 1111th year of sun (and moon) government by royal sisters and that they did this when they were 30 or something. Poor Shiny, didn't get his desire this time. Did Cadence cath his hope-slip? Also Cadence and Luna aren't related, Cady was adopted into royal family after ascension if my memory don't deceive me.

The 1111 years statement is iffy. Pinkie Pie is the only source on it, and other character statements potentially contradict it (if we go by A Trivial Pursuit, then Starswirl left Equestria thousands of years ago, for example). Things don't really fit together too well in the timeline if you take everything at face value, and given who that one bit of information is from and the fact that Celestia actively wanted to take part in the play, meaning she had a reason to roll with it, I think it can be discarded. It would mean Luna had been rasing the moon for only a few years before turning into NMM if true anyway, and would make the whole 1000 years banishment seem even heavier given how young the sisters would have been by then. Given the relative ease with which they managed to reconcile, it seems more likely that they'd already grown used to huge spans of time by then.

You know Cadance. She probably knew about this from day one, just from seeing the way those two look at each other. For that matter, she probably already knew all the way back from her foalsitting days.
This story might be a bit non-canonical. In this kind of matter, I tend to rely on headcanon more than the vague hints about canon we’ve been given. Mostly because when you try to construct a real timeline of early Equestrian events, things just fall apart all over the place.
I mean, if you take it at face value, Discord, Sombra, and Nightmare Moon all happened at about the same time, a thousand years ago.

If you take the concrete numbers from the show it leaves you with a range of little over a century for all of it to happen in, which I would say is much more reasonable than show-era Equestria where all of that (and more!) happened in just a small handful of years.

That's still equivalent to sending a ten years old to jail for a hundred years. I know it's the show's fault for wanting to have the sisters be both characters to develop and higher creatures living out of time, but that's still too much compared to what they'd lived that far. Also, I'm pretty sure we don't actually know how old Celestia was when she started raising the Sun. The Diary of the two Sisters' canonicity is pretty flimsy at this point.
ShiningXLuna is a good ship. It doesn't come up nearly often enough.
Nor does Cadance being the one into being 'cucked'. That was a fun little twist. More would be appreciated. :P
