Nice side story. Hopefully Twilight and Private will clear things up in Case 5. I did think of another case while in bed.
Tailspin Down
While in Manehatten after finishing another case, Private decides to visit his brother in hospital. As he walks in, gunshots are fired - from Tailspin's room. Private dashes to the door and finds a nurse shot through the head and his brother missing. There is a note though. From the ______ mafia (Name it whatever) rivals to Grimwing. (because Private put one of their guys in jail/the rivals know he works with Grimwing) Since harming a child is against the mafia code, Grimwing teams up with Private to track the kidnappers down. The ending Tailspin is found, but the hospital is deemed unsafe for him so he moves to Ponyville with Private. More Tailspin! Yay!
I don't know if this case would work though, since is Tailspin hooked up to drugs that are numbing pain or something. I know he can't walk without help aswell.

Okay, just making my way through the case files, and I have to say that I am enjoying them (even if the grammar needs cleaning up). But this one bugged me. Why? Rarity's dialogue. She says darling in practically every sentence. This is quite annoying, as well as being incorrect. In season 1, she only said darling about 3 times in total. That's across all 26 episodes by the way. So yeah, that bugged me. Otherwise, keep up the good work!
1805510Something to mention before you go on. I didn't get an editor on board until case 11. So expect some errors simply because we haven't gone back and edited them out. As for Rarity saying darling all the time, I guess it's just how I ingrained her speech pattern into my head or something.

Like this side story, not faving this one though, sorry. Only because I don't like the idea of Rarity being jealous. haha
