Bowser Koopa: a name feared by the denizens of the Mushroom Kingdom, and a king to a powerful kingdom who's only match was a red-capped plumber and his brother in green.
Now that they were dead, the Koopas could have finally invade the Mushroom Kingdom if it weren't for a run-in with the First Order, who destroyed the planet during their fight. Bowser lived through it, and so did his entire army, who evacuated the planet in time.
The Order quickly fell, and their leader was killed by the Koopa King himself. Now, there was one more goal to achieve: find a new home planet. And that's where the map lead them to. After adventuring through many planets, they came across the land of Equestria. Bowser wasn't too fond of a girly wonderland, but with his planet destroyed, any habitable world will do.
Neither the Elements nor the Tree could stop Bowser from taking over the wholes of Equestria, Griffonstone, and the Crystal Empire under his control. After taking these three nations over and banishing the two sisters, he now has a very strong foothold on this world. But his reign was not one of terror, it was surprising that he would actually pardon and spare the Mane Six even after they shoot a bright rainbow of death at him.
Hold on a second!
Terraforming the planet is one of the things he'll do is definitely going to be expected, but that was not thought of at all. So let's see where this whacky ride takes us, shall we?

8988922 This Bowser acts more like a warlord with years of experience behind him and defeated the Royal Pony sisters easily. I can imagine with Celestia’s culture-based rule that the Royal Guard eventually became weaker than wet paper bags when she decided to have Twilight and her friends do everything that the Royal Guard is supposed to do.
In my opinion, Bowser is surprisingly more powerful than he looks because it looks like he has practiced his magic enough to change the orbit of the sun and moon and terraform the weather. Conquering lands is not new for him and it’s practically second nature to him. However, he probably left the magic intact so pegasi can fly, earth ponies can grow and unicorns can do their thing... I think
I’m also not surprised how he questions Pinkie Pie. Everyone who meets her will have their sanity questioned at best or broken at worst.

Hmm I feel I should point out that Cloudsdale is a city made completely out of clouds. The fact the pegasi can still fly probably won't stop them flying to the ground in surprise when they find that ability stripped from them. Plus there's all the foals/fillies and baby ponies to consider, while the older ones could probably save themselves intime they won't be able to.
So unless their all saved in time I think Bowser just killed a lot of innocent child and baby ponies.

8993743 I’m talking about Ridley’s base form (unless there are other forms I dunno about) and Ganondorf’s Ocarina of Time incarnation. I’ve heard that Ridley is already magic resistant and OoT! Ganondorf is a powerful warlock in his own right. Plus, with the Triforce of Power, he can break Chrysalis easily. On the other hand, Tirek will be a slight threat with his magic-stealing tendencies, but I’m sure that Ganon has enough experience with a sword to counter that.

Yeah, and who can blame poor, poor Cheirlee. When Orientalia was forced to evacuate the Mushroom World, they took their history books, archives and stories and the like with them. But fortunately for the students and the teachers, summer vacation is on the move, and it would give them just enough time to adjust to the new school system the Koopas set up.
Oh, and since there wasn't any high school (yet) in Equestria (before Orientalia invaded, of course), so once summer vacation is finally over, the mane six will be sent directly to high school. We can imagine Rainbow Dash not being happy with Bowser for (indirectly) turning her into a "closet egghead" who wears glasses and has her hair done in a ponytail, and we all would know that Twilight would be more (or less, because of the Koopas) than eager to study again.
Though, I plan for their families to move to Canterlot once the summer's over.

His powers are just as strong as his father's, but he is still a kid, and needs machinery to help him along. Though, Bowser did block off a good deal of magic from the Equestrians, mainly because he does not want them to undo his re-organization of the solar system.
But who knows, maybe when he gains their trust a bit, some of it will be lifted bit by bit.
