Always long gaps between chapters
So he needs to learn to love her and also remind her that he is going to be her children father and they need the humans genes so he will live on forever in their offspring and that Tempest needs to treat him at least like a friend and eventuality like a loving husband even if its not like that in public. She is hurt and he needs to reassure her and with enuf humans helping there pony captors and showing them they are one in the same something will change pony and humans will fight and they will make a life together in harmony. I think Tempest needs that love, she is in pain emotionally maybe someone could help Day Breaker and Nightmare moon the same way. I personally would make it work. I would help Tempest and go above and beyond for her treat her better than any of the princess are treated and she would come around.

We would be systematically eliminated through only being able to breed with ponies anyways. We're probably just like a convenient stepping stone to them until they need to move planets again. So I wouldn't mind ending that cycle if the end result was the same for us. Were doing the multiverse a favor by stopping them. Like a conversion bureau but worse here. We die either way. We get fucked into extinction. So nuking would be the most surefire way of ending their tyranny on other worlds when they eventually would be done with us. The two sisters won't die by age. Someone would have to do something or they can just manipulate their pawns to abuse everyone else forever.
Besides. Your treatment as slave totally depends on your masters' will, your position in our society before their takeover (how important you are) and your masters' position in their society (how important they are like tempest for example).
Rarely has the end of a bloodline aroused me so virulently. Love the concept of this story.
.......I normally don't like 'Humans in Equestria' stories, but this was surprisingly fun to read. Maybe it's because you went the slave route with humans being technically INFERIOR to ponies, than what is normally the case.
