A young man yearns to learn about his father - what brought him to a land so far from his own, how he came to love his mother, who was so different to him. One day, his mother gives him a book, so that he can learn both sides of his heritage.
His father is a human soldier by the name of Cenwulf, the first human to be admitted to the royal guards. And through what he reads, the boy learns some valuable lessons, and comes to appreciate all that his parents have done for him more than ever before.

Interesting I watch

can't wait for him to meet Rarity.

Definitely reading this! Especially since it's Anglo-Saxon. A story involving the true sons of England. :D

Waes hail! Thank you, and I hope to not only tell a tale, but inform people about true English culture.

2892633 You have my utter respect. Glad to see another Anglo-Saxon Brony. :rainbowdetermined2: Hail The White Dragon!

I had to google the white dragon thing.... (I had assumed it was something awful.). I found what you were referring too. Which was pretty cool by the way but that urban dictionary came up first.... Just ick.

Do not read the urban dictionary entry. Unless you are into that sort of thing.

In the story "A Gentleman's Journal" which takes place in the same 'verse, there is a potion which if injected into human men enables them to get mares pregnant. the foals are almost indistinguishable from normal foals (think Avatars vs. Na'vi). Leofric however is a "satyr" or half human half Pony.

No, he (Cenwulf) meets Rarity later, and she is very helpful -nay generous with some relationship advice. Who better to advise on inter-species romance, right? :raritywink:
