Time Reaper

Greetings from Venezuela, I don't expect to do much here, I just got a few stories in my head and wanted write them here, I hope you like them. I take Commissions and can get Ko-Fi donations.

Sequels1

E

The land of Equestria is known for being protected by the princesses, whose power and influence goes beyond the limits known for common ponies. Their rule moves from the Crystal Empire to the Badlands and from one coast to the other one but, unbeknownst to anyone, there are places where their influence isn't so well asserted or well understood.

This places, close to Equestria's borders, are known for having little to no contact with the crown or its guard, they're also known for being extremely susceptible to fables and mysteries, since they lack the princesses's protection and guide, making them very susceptible to feeble legends of creatures whose origins are surrounded by myths and superstition. One of this myths is the legend of El Silbón, a creature who many say carries around the bones of his father and appears at the setting sun or morning dawns.

Under normal circumstances, this myth would be just put aside like the legend of Nightmare Moon and Discord but, as the saying goes:

"If the river sounds, it's because its bringing stones".

Story inspired on the Venezuelan ghost story of El Silbón/The Whisperer for Halloween. While this is my first attempt at writing a ghost story, I do hope that I manage to get some of you a good scare.

P.S.: The saying means that if there's a rumor, it's because something must have originated it.

P.S.S: Since there's no way to find a ponyfied version of El Silbón, I'll use a picture of him instead.

Care to tell me more about said ghost story?

Well, the origin story varies, but the tale goes that in the Venezuelan plains (Los Llanos), that are a huge extent of land fertile to grow various foods, birds and other animals through multiple states, you can find a ghost that shows its presence through its whistles, the closer they sound, the farther it is and the the farther they sound, the closer it is.

Those who find it tend to say that it's very tall and that travels with a bag that, some say, contains his father's bones.

What I did was take the various versions of the tale, group them into one, and make it a story with ponies.

Well, a pony fic about the whistler wasn't something I've expected to find here. I remember my times back in second grade with classes about ghost stories. The whistler was one of the big stand outs

Yeah, that is why I chose him as my first ever pony ghost fic, he certainly stands out.

Right now I'm debating who to use next year, La Fiera, La Sayona or pick a random ghost story from my ghost story dictionary.

Or the Hang Man, that could also work.

Greetings from Venezuela.

Ooo, a ponified South American ghost story. Cool!

That is not an E-rated story so much is clear
