They are already relaxing so hypnosis can slip in almost unnoticed, I wonder what would happen when Holly returns with some friends... I've enjoyed a lot of your stories, but I think I'll pass on this one. Using hypnosis to change a person, heck even a description that would match brainwashing / psychological manipulation to alter someone like that ... your description talks about a hotel / spa that is not getting much business. I don't think the issue is the looks of the staff, so much as how they treat their customers.
