This breezie dialect however could be irish if I'm not mistaken. Which is beyond any of those groups. And if it's not, then it's propably something along the lines of Silesian and Sorbian - languages spoken by slavic people which langauge evolved extremely close to german.

Gastheers are apparently insanely important to the Breezie's culture, and Seabreeze even mentioned that they've used stallions as Gastheers in the past, they would definitely have known whether or not a Breezie mare could get pregnant by being hosted inside a pony's testicles.
Unless Seabreeze is lying to Flutters' face and the mares knew they could get pregnant by Fluttershy and did it on purpose and he's protecting them from their host's ire?

So the question is, who's the stallion (or mare, Fluttershy have both sets of reproductive parts, I have to assume she's not the only herm pony there) that knocked up Applejack, if that is really the case?

I don't think Fluttershy will have to worry about the young Breezies not seeing their father because if they get born inside Fluttershy and be raise inside her might result with the young Breezies not wanting to leave the safe insides of their father/home.
With the young Breezies with a pony as their father I think the Breezies will grow up to be pony-size Breezies like in this pic:
