I don't know what to do of this story yet, so I'll follow it for now - I just hope you make her friends stand by her (given how fast the princesses and Shining Armor let her down, I wouldn't be surprised if her friends did the same...But I would be extremely disappointed).

777388 The evidence shown in the court was all implied; because this fiction focuses around Twilight, she didn't really think about the evidence. But, for the record, the evidence was stuff like hairs, magic imprints (the residual magic aura left behind by a unicorn), hoofprints... and an abundance of it.

To be honest, I'm not all that happy with the last little bit of this chapter. But, at least I've got a much better plan for the next chapter than what I had originally.

Sorry but this makes no sense. Defense put it right straight. It could be ANYPONY else. He said it straight, there is still possibility that she isn't a murderer. At top of that she has alibi, Spike WAS with her at time of the murderer. In real world she would be still suspected but there wouldn't be a sentence yet. Either that case was faked or this story has a lot of holes.
