I am trying to picture an actually armored Esdeath, and it doesn't really work for her character. A woman who is literally a warrior first, female second, and emotional almost never who respects only strength and holds contempt for the weak is a fairly accurate description of the personality of the ice queen known as Esdeath. Hell, after she got her power she started going about in a normal officers dress uniform as she plunged her enemies into the depths of a hellish winter with a swing of her sword as she raced ahead of her troops. Any way, please describe her armor at some point.
6573218 The armor isn't going to be a major factor in the story, as it pretty much won't make much, if any, second appearance. Also, this is a displaced story. Although Esdeath is the MC, it is not the actual Esdeath, thus personality is heavily different.
I was planning on actually using the real Esdeath and make it a true crossover, mostly having her rule along with Sombra as a queen of sorts, but scrapped that idea in favor of this one. Two main points being her whole 'strong crush the weak thing' and the fact that she was tsundere for tatsumi.

I know it was probably the writers trying to say,' Hey, she's not totally into this love thing!' But all it really did was show you they just threw it in there so the MC could have every large breasted woman after him.
Still nowhere near as bad an MC then Kazuto. They literally gave him every female in the show, age and relation be damned.
6573411 True. Though they managed to dodge the problems with harems up until the last episode, and then Tatsumi dies. Also, I think the romance was an attempt at humanizing the ice queen. I say attempt because she was literally a power junkie, and trying to make her be soft was almost painful to watch. Plus the insult to her intelligence when he ran off and suddenly a single Night Raid member showed up every time.

Spend half the shows length building up Griffith as a decent military officer and lady killer on the side to suddenly switch in the final episode to demon king Griffith who literally sacrificed his troops for power. Then again, Black Lagoon. Your supposed to be cheering for a high octane pistol toting bitch, the straight man who can idly break a dude, and the torture porn making doctor and the schmuck they wound up with.
