Hmmm, following that chart, if Anon only comes up to Celly's Hock he'd have to be 2 feet tall. That is unless she's exaggerating.

The "hock" is the back knee joint to a horses leg. Celestia is also taller than Luna. So Anon would be about 5-6ft tall in relation to the size chart.

True she is taller then Luna, but only a head taller minus horns as seen in the picture you linked. And with Luna's hock ("It is the anatomical homologue of the ankle of the human foot." - Wikipedia) at 2 feet on the chart and her head being 2 feet aswell, Celly's could only be a max of 4 feet if all the added hight was in her hoofs.
The artist Nivrozs who drew Luna's chart also did one for Celly, but he didn't account for the usual height difference.
But regardless, love the story and looking forward for more.

I also seen the Celestia image and largely ignore it due to the fact, as you said, he didn't account for the size difference between the two. I was going to make an edit of it to make it more "accurate".
