Word count is not the only indicator of a good author. A short,well-written book is better than a wordy cancer book. Please do not b ashamed of a low word count, you are a good author, don't muddle your style just to add more words.

First, strange the changelings are using 'somepony'. Second, rules of quotation mark endings!
Rule 1 for ending quotation marks! When you afterwards explain how something was said (Whispered, shouted, said, said smugly, etc) end it with a comma INSIDE the quotations and lowercase the next word. Like so:
Rule 2 for ending quotation marks! When you afterwards go into something else, end with a period INSIDE the quotations and uppercase the next word. Observe:
Rule 3 for ending quotation marks! ! ? and ... all override the comma/period rule, and names of people/places/things overrides the uppercase/lowercase rule. Watch:

Firstly I doubt changelings would use somepony considering how they don't really get along with the ponies and secondly good chapter. I hope to see more.
Considering the Lolichop is just a fire axe outside of pyroland...if they can actually SEE the lollipop...makes ya wonder.
YES! KNEW IT! HA HA! But yeah good chapter. The only thing I can think of is that the lollipop is actually just the pyro's vision changing the fire ax, but it's not a reach to say the unpredictable pyro one day decided to get an actual giant lollipop.
