Hmm that could be a interesting story that would fit your writing style. Just picture it. It has been a years and everyone has gone off and started having their own lives, Rarity is married and enjoying life. But then Spike shows up as her new business partner and the tension between the two of them just keeps on growing and growing till be breaks. It would be a story of forbidden love, lust, passion, betrayal, and temptation lol.

For example i would have started ch1 with a quick few secens from the the theft and then Spike's "death" with a 1st pov from Twi. next fast forward years later to the a yearly morning with firends and family. as everyone leaves twi and tia have their chat yadyad we go to out side with a black almost demoic siloet on a cloud. slice we go to twi wake and ect. thing is your writing this like a blog your telling us whats going on but your not telling us a story. you need to build tension. get passionate with the charterers. other wise it end up a bad henti anime
K I am so into this story. We might have a mother daughter fight over Spike tho. They both seem to have a thing for him lol. Which I think would be enjoyable to watch lol.
I can't wait to see more of his guards as well, they seem to be interesting and I want to get more of a feel for their personalities as well. There's like a million spilight and sparity stories out there and spike and dash stories are on the rise as well as cmc with spike. So I'm pretty much limited to BG ponies, oc, or side story characters.
I know dinky and derpy are rare ships but I mean who else could I ship him with?

4351307 I think Twist would be interesting as a mix between someone with sweet tooth and cooking skills like Pinkie, but as smart and great conversational skills like Twilight. I do believe that Red Heart could come into play when Spike has to make a trip to the hospital and overlooks seeing her in the children's ward and seeing the great way she handles the kids as well as her great flank lol.He then ask her out and see she is a sweet, loving, and caring mare that truly cares for all those around her. Which i would think would resonate alot with Spike
