4290242 I for one find it less awkward to wank to a fiction character then to a real life person. So long as it's pony on pony I don't mind but I prefer anthro. Human on pony... morally questionable but they don't exists so in the end no one is getting hurt.
Plus, I find that even with the porn, the purity and magic of the show isn't really corrupted or tainted. It's a separate thing in and of it's self. No one is turned on by real ponies man. We just like to see our favorite characters have a good time.

It's a social thing. For some reason, I can't find a really good analogy, but this will just have to do. Now, let's just say you believe in christianity, and everything about it. (just for the metaphor) Now let's change a few things. Jesus Christ is a female, she's alive right now, and she's coming on to you. You're just a regular old human. Do you really feel comfortable screwing the daughter of god? Do you really feel comfortable engaging such... animalistic behaviors... with a divine figure, a being who is supposed to be so many levels higher than you, on the social ladder?
That's what this guard is feeling. He found out he just screwed the princess. Maybe she wanted it, but i'm sure he still feels incredibly uncomfortable now, because he just screwed not only his boss, but pretty much one of the most powerful ponies in all of equestria, pretty much a "god" character compared to him.
Maybe at the end of the day, all ponies are simply ponies, similar to how all humans are simply humans... but we can't help but create these notions in our head of a sort of... 'rank' associated with ourselves, and others... and, for example, depending on who you are, you might view one of the following "President Obama", "Katy Perry", or "Bill Gates" to be a being higher than yourself. Yes, all these people are just as human as you or I, but we create these notions that they're "higher" beings, due to many reasons, such as political power, popularity, or economic wealth. And good lord, a princess... that's basically all 3 combined.
