I diagnose Pinkie with multiple personality disorder, extreme. I have MPD but it's mild. She should tell the doctor, being the logical thing to do. How you develop MPD. I believe that you get from your brain storing all the opposite things form what you normally act. But that's my theory.

When did you write this? I only asked because I was writing a Pinkamena fic all night, last night and posted it this morning.
Oh and I love what you did here, especially the after Dash's murder scene when Pinkie and Pinkamena were arguing about how Dash didn't deserved to die, but Pinkamena wanted to spend her last moments with her. i'm gonna favor this fic so I can check what happens next. I can just imagine Doctor Heart would try to get close to Pinkie and help her in any way he can.
And Pinkie's moniker; "The Baker" seems like pretty good fit for Pinkie.

Don't you think it should be the actual word "fuck" for this? It's a little jarring for me to hear the typical pony slurs in a mature fic. Just wanted to say.

We seem to have similar head cannons when it comes to Pinkie Pie, although I personally don't think either of Pinkie's personalities is evil.
Having said that, I look forward to reading more of this story.
At this point, I'm curious to see if things will end as badly for Pinkie in your Misery story as they did for her in my Failure story.
