Most likely the French uniform. For some reason they thought a sky blue would look spectacular on a battlefield.

Could you elaborate what you mean when you write "Wehraboo trash"? It's not a term I've heard before.

9557461
They hoped to make the Germans unable to react with their FABULOUS uniforms.

Super fan boys of the Wehrmacht around the time of the Second World War.
Usually have narrow minds that gravitate to specific vehicles and weapons that everyone knows about.

9559387
Ah like so. Thank you for elaborating for me.

I would love to see more, this is interesting.

9559782
I'm glad you enjoyed it, and worry not, more is coming.

Хорошеее начало. Только не проеби все, братан!

how much longer till we get a new chapter>????

"Der Kaiser bist Scheisse!"

Why do i hear boss music?

WHY IS HE GERMAN NOW HE WAS FRENCH IN THE FIRST CHAPTER.

9676655
well what he says means "The emperor is shit". Sou now, what country had a emperor during world war one?

9676461
that's amazing chapter i look forward for more keep up the great work dear author.:pinkiehappy:

Austria-Hungary. Ottoman empire. British, German, French and Russian empires
Only one that had a Emperor was Japan and German and if I really want to get nit picky is he is wearing a 1914 French uniform with a 1915 helmet and he is also possible a child solider by the picture. But this does not answer my question of why is he speaks German instead of French this is why l'empereur est la merde.

Maybe he knew a way to insult the enemy in their own language?

9676727
Sure that could be it but that doesn't explain why he doesn't recognize what English sounds like because the British shared the exact same trenches with the french ww1.

9676680
British had a king not a emperor there is a difference, Russians had a tzar not a emperor. Ottomans had a sultan not a emperor, Austro hungary had a king not a emperor. And what comes to french living at same trenches, that did not happen. They were separated to their own sectors. And ponies could be speaking their own language sou he would not know.

9677449

First off did you not read it. It said EMPIRE'S hell it's fucking bolded.
And second they did share the same trenches with the french i was taking about living in the them and there still a good fucking chance he heard fucking english but i highly doubt that he fought with them because that didn't happen.
As for the ponies you might be right but the way that he described it is nonexistent he can hear them thats all has been described.
Heres my point about the trenches https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=P92guhd7d-8

Welp, with school finally over, I can certainly devote more time to writing to satisfy that itch you got. :ajsmug:

Dear author please tell me the next update is coming out soon. I really wanna see what's going to happen next.

He spoke french, but fatherland is usaually a term for germans. Which is he?

9729971
He's a Frenchman by the looks of it. He insulted the Kaiser, wears French colors, and shouts French at what he perceives as Germans. As for Fatherland, while it's usually associated with Germany, almost any nation participating in WW1 could say the same. British, French, German, etc.

Please, please PLEASE don't make me wait too long for the next one.

Great chapter author keep up the great work. :pinkiehappy:

Couldn’t be Wehraboo material when from the looks of the title, information and vibe, it’s most likely a WW1 soldier. But it’s interesting to see the French get their own WW1 story, most of the time it’s either from American, British or German perspectives.

9730173
Sorry, but I'm taking a two week trip to America, so there's gonna be some waiting for Chapter 3.

9730566
Aww, oh well, enjoy my country then. (Born and raised Alabamian.)

9730075
As far as I know, it's mostly Russia who refers to their country as the "Motherland"...
The rest, "Fatherland".

9775357
Not entirely true there is the term “French motherland “ complete with its own mythical figurehead

Quick update! I've started school again, so it's gonna be a while before the next chapter.
