I added a couple of stories that were inspired by the original Cupcakes. That said, what if the Pinkie, the Pinkamena Diane Pie of the Cupcakes Universe is similar to the Joker. What I mean is what if she knows about the other universes that exist... Wouldn't it interesting to watch her travel to the other creepy pasta stories... Sweet Apple Massacre, Rainbow Factory, and every other creepy pasta about the ponies out there.
Traveling to them, dealing with them, until it was just her and her alternate self from Mr. Davie's Smile HD. That would be... fun.
