This story is a sequel to Celestia's Chosen
From "Celestia's Chosen", this story would take place between Chapters 1 and 2.
It is Yosh's birthday and, as Spike has learned all too well, that duck beak on Yosh's face has a nasty habit of constantly moving. Something must be done.
Delight in a cute, short story that is focused around the concept that Celestia raised Spike while Twilight did her schooling. Not to mention the possibility that Spike wasn't the only dragon to whom had a destined unicorn to work with to uncover the mysteries of Equestria and beyond!

I actually just posted a new one yesterday.
It is split between a story and a series of poems. The poems more geared towards the caring and mothering element of Sparity I tend to get myself into.
Loved or liked doesn't matter so long as you don't let others dictate who or what you should be. Sure you will not always be liked or maybe barely liked at all. But you are you and, well, its the yous in this world in which make things unique rather than a flock of mindless sheep.

This story was a part of a different story arc in which I developed where I explored the concept of Princess Celestia having more than one protege. This idea focused on how there was more than one dragon egg in which was hatched by a gifted unicorn to whom Celestia entrusted its care to after she tamed it.
The character in which is like a platypus is my OC, Yosh. He's a dragon / duck hybrid whose story in Equestria is far from explored. He's a Dinosaur / Duck in other tales in which I feature him.
I'm glad you found this story enjoyable. I write these sorts of works as I know they put me in a safe, peaceful state of mind while also allowing those who can relate to hopefully feel the same way.
