Raising a family isn't all fun and games. There's a lot of work and sacrifices that need to be made. It's going to be tough for them because they are so young, but the two fillies figure as long as they have each other, they'll pull through it.
As for a sequel, I'm not too sure. There's nothing currently planned for continuing this storyline. Effectively, the foursome arc is pretty much completed. That said, there's always a possibility my interest in an arc gets rekindled and I'll want to expand it, but as of now, this storyline is done.
Judging by your wanting, I'll assume that the experimental romance was a success.

First... That was both very sexy and also very awkwardly heartwarming...
Secondly... YOU MUST MAKE A SEQUEL (maybe not clop, like. ScootaSweetie adventures and their life and foals, along with building backstory on how the ponies reacted, mostly around how RD and Rarity might have reacted and such.
It... feels like it's sort of fighting itself.
It feels like you're trying to write something sweet and sentimental, but then we've got these wacky visuals of Sweetie's cheeks or Scoots's nuts expanding to a near comical level. I understand it might be something that someone with the inflation fetish might appreciate more, but to me it feels like with that and some of the things they're saying to each other during sex are sort of conflicting with each other between silly and sentimental. So, I can't really tell what I'm supposed to be feeling, heartwarming or hilarity, instead I feel neither. Sorry...

It's fine. As per your concerns, it might be because it was written by two different people. I didn't do as well of an editing job as I should have. That said, if you're into expansion and inflation, it would be much hotter I'd assume. For someone that's not, I'd understand they wouldn't get the same value out of it. It's also an attempt at me trying to write romance to some degree. I'll admit I'm not very good at it, I tried to step into what a young couple would feel with all the changes in their lives.
For something that was written in a little less than a couple hours, I feel the product came out alright.
I mean, I enjoyed it, but to each their own, man.
