Though I do have to ask one thing. Why was there a secret door that had Big Mac's picture and the potion? Is it a tie in to another story or something? Or something else? Because it's mentioned Big Mac "looked like a girl" in a dress and I can't help but feel Big Mac has something to do with this potion. Little help please.

It's a bit of a teaser to one of my next stories that will coincide with "Taking a Load Off". In the new fic, Big Mac actually turns into a mare and AJ (and possibly some other ponies
) have their way with her.
The reference isn't very obvious, mostly because I haven't announced the next fic yet (I'm still working on the details), but I'm trying to subtly imply that AJ and Big Mac have been having R63/Futa sex in secret. Those naughty apples.

From what I've seen in most of the Spike groups I found, the majority have him fucking some mare (mostly the mane6). Which is part of the reason why I didn't submit it to any Spike groups yet (I'd like to but I'm not sure if it would fit in there).

Well I'm not sure what you were expecting then. I mean it is a clopfic and obviously there will be sex. From the title it's pretty much implied that a foursome will happen. I interpreted your comment as: "I read this clopfic, I wasn't expecting sex."
Not trying to be harsh (or mean or degrading), just trying to understand the logic here.
To be honest, I don't think it was written badly, but quite the opposite! I am biased, but I'm told that this is rather descriptive, the story flows decently, characters are not completely broken, good usage of grammar and punctuation, and the word choice is not just the same word a million times.
I think the majority of downvotes and "disappointment" (I say it like this because I can't tell if people are disappointed or not) are because people don't like foalcon, or they wanted Spike to be on top or something.
That said, I'd like to know what people were thinking otherwise, because it not only improves the writer's abilities but it also leads to an overall healthy community.
