This is the story of the first, last and only Ponyville Citizen Speak Up Day.
The title was inspired by Lethal Weapon and Cola Bubble Gum. The story was written out of an attempt to kill writer's block.
Rated teen for alcohol use and (likely) future swearing.

This is beautifully absurd. Colgate is one of the best written drunks I've seen. You don't go for all the cliches. I like it. But there is a section in the middle where the story just jumps for some reason. Go review it please. Great second chapter over all.
