3313551 Yes, stallion would be better, or even better would be plain "husband and wife" because it's like, they're already mare and stallion and we don't pronounce wedded pairs "man and woman" in real life. But I went with what Celestia said in "A Canterlot Wedding" when she wed Princess Cadence and Shining Armor.
