this was a great story. it made me feel so bad for Applejack that she couldn't remember what happened, and even worse for everyone else becausethey had lost one of the most cheerful ponies in Equestria.

This was an excellent effort! A simple story executed perfectly to tug out my heart guts. I loved that in this I end up feeling the worst for Rainbow. This was a like well earned and please keep writing.

The premise is just... STUPIDLY contrived, as usually is the cause for amnesia-based plots. And yet, the way you ended it is so powerful that it still makes it worth it. Cut off on the perfect note, nothing resolved but everything explained, just as it should be. It's a tragedy succinct and understated enough that it makes me swallow it despite the premise rather than because of it.

My favorite part of this whole story was how Rainbow dealt with it all. Also, I freaking CHEERED when Applejack lost it. Rarely get to read scenes where AJ loses her cool. This was superb! Just...ahh!
