At least, that's what you thought until the coaster broke down with the two of you still on it. It doesn't help that waiting for the coaster to be fixed may take a bit longer than either of you had hoped.

Seven years. For seven years she was neglected. In that time, she was underpowered, defeated by a nag in the moon, defeated by an evil bug roach, a victim to tentacle vines, defeated again by the same evil bug roach as before, as well as many other slights and insults in between.

All she wanted was one episode of her own, one to show her glorious personality in all of its radiant glory. Unfortunately, it was not to be. Her impressive record as the longest living and serving monarch (now diarch, lots of love to dear, dear Little Luna), brokering peace and prosperity the likes of which no other nation could hold a candle to! Or a sun, for that matter.

Time to do something about that.

In the aftermath of Maud moving to Ponyville (or close enough anyway) Pinkie Pie couldn't be happier! Not only does she live near the best friends ever, she lives near the best sister ever! It's like, the best thing ever!

Of course there is Maud's new friend, Starlight. She is super into magic, like so into it she experiments with all sorts of weird spells. And sometimes, just sometimes, somepony gets a little too close to one of those spells...

I mean, what could go wrong with two enchanted rocks meant to connect the sisters on a spiritual level?

A.K. Yearling is famous throughout Equestria and even beyond for being the author of the well-known, well-written Daring Do book series. From the casual reader to the devoted fan, her books have influenced not just the lives of many ponies but even Equestrian literature itself. From the very first book to the latest one, each story had inside treasures of that literary quality that would astound and amaze any reader.

Despite that, Quibble Pants, a fan of the Daring Do book series, is convinced that, outside of the first three books, the Daring Do books are actually low-quality, dumbed down, action-filled products that were evidence of an author that was selling out to the publisher which was only out to seek more profit. However, there was a question in his head: Why would an author want to sell out?

So, despite the adventure he'd had with Rainbow Dash and A.K Yearling herself—who turned out to actually be Daring Do, which meant that all the Daring Do stories were real—Quibble Pants visits another Daring Do convention to settle the matter once and for all with the writer herself:

Out of possible spite, Princess Celestia has given Anthony four of her personal guards to help keep him out of trouble for the day.

What trouble, you ask? None. But that won't stop the Royal Guards from looking for some anyways.

Scootaloo and Rainbow Dash go on a sisterly camping trip in the Everfree forest, and Scootaloo has been looking forward to it for a long time. But lately, Rainbow Dash has been worried that Scootaloo might outgrow the unbridled adoration of her as she matures and Dash's own flaws come to light.
