But when war is threatened on Equestria, Starburst fights for the safety of her home and country. But soon, she will realize that her strength alone will not be enough. Poor Starburst is in need of power, the power to protect her family and friends, the power to defend her homeland, the power to instill fear in the hearts of her enemies!

Little did she know, that that very power would seek her out. But when she obtains it, how will it affect the rest of her life, her relationships with her parents, her little brother, and her friends? But more importantly, will she become the hero Equestria needs or become an even greater threat than anyone could've possibly imagined?

Yeah, after looking at kilala97's stuff I finally caved and decided to try and write a story about her OC characters. Since Starburst's special talent is "intimidation", I thought: "Why the hell not, make that mare a Fear Lantern!" and so here we are.

Flash Sentry’s a nobody, and he knows it. But when a mysterious fortuneteller hints at his path to greatness, he determines to embrace his destiny—and to bring along a famous journalist to record the details for posterity.

Story canon-compliant up through the end of Season Four. It stands on its own, but it occurs after Slice of Life. In relation to my other CheesePie stories, it falls just after Goodbye, Boneless and just before Good Morning, Beautiful. Oh, yes, and implied CheesePie, although this shouldn't be a big surprise.

In the aftermath of the Fall Formal, Sunset Shimmer has fallen. Her power in Canterlot High is gone, and she's been exposed for the monster that she is. Now, with his new identity of Flash Sentry, a recent recruit into the royal guards, he must lay low, carefully up keeping this life he has adopted, and avoiding the slightest break in his cover story.

But life has a strange way of throwing distractions into the mix.

A year after the Battle of the Bands, high school graduation is nearing and the girls are ready to face the world, though Sunset Shimmer worries that they might drift apart. But when Twilight's human self arrives and ends up getting infected with dark magic, they must call upon Princess Twilight once more to engage in a battle that will decide the fate of their worlds.

So on the the thirtieth moon, he travels to Equestria, to a world so different from his own, to find his one true love.
