All the courier had to do was get into Fortification Hill and load some data on a computer, raise an army of robots, and use the army of robots to destroy everything that he was told (pretty much everyone except Mr. House and some of the casino families). What could possibly go wrong? Well, for one, Mr. House could forget about the the locked console capable of sending the entirety of Fortification Hill to an unknown dimension known only as project Equestria. (SPOILER ALERT: this dimension has ponies). But its not like a courier, hell-bent on looting and gaining xp in any possible way would find that console, hack it, and accidentally open the interdimensional portal. Right?

This is the story of a wanderer who took up residence in Diese some time ago; there are many wanderers and many like him, their stories litter the wastelands as unmarked graves. He intends to reclaim that which he lost and find fame, fortune, and loot along the way. Nova, a pegasus mare, was born and raised in a place of safety and security by a proud and noble family. Stable 181, a Stable dedicated to teaching and preserving the pre-war virtues known as the Elements of Harmony, allowed its residents to live a life of peace, knowledge, and honor. But when the Stable falls under attack by a raider war party, Nova and the remaining residents are cast out into the wasteland of the Equestrian southeast.

Without a home, Nova and her fellow survivors must band together to make a living out on the surface. They must start from scratch, find a new home, learn to trade and explore, and establish a foothold in the wastes. But during her efforts to help her people, Nova comes across strange recordings and artifacts pointing to a hidden pre-war nation. And when a mysterious pony calls upon her to discover what it is that the writings portray, Nova and her closest friends find themselves cast into a war fought to claim a legacy left behind by a secret pre-war society. Nova's quest leads her to test her heart against the unrelenting force of the wasteland, to discover the meaning of the word honor, and to seek out and unlock a concealed pre-war secret, revealing to Nova that she is a part of something greater than she could have ever imagined.

When ED-E's circuits burned in the fires of the Divide, there was one small part that held on until the end. It was the fragment that held the Old World memories and the words of his creator in his last moments. At lest that would've happen if a weird man didn't pluck ED-E out of Earth and drop him in the middle of a strange place for some bizarre reason.
