As Hearth's Warming draws near once again, Twilight receives an invitation from Sunset Shimmer to celebrate Christmas in the Human World. Excited to research a foreign holiday, she accepts only to find a little bit more than she bargained for.

Twilight wants to know how the universe started, but wants to know more than the "Big Bang" theory. Princess Celestia won't tell her, so who should she turn to? She's even willing to turn to a "what." In order to find her answer, she travels to the astral plane. She wants to know the answer, but will she die in order to get it? Well, this is Twilight we're talking about. But instead of dying, let's go to the astral plane! Nothing will happen there! Nothing fascinating or important whatsoever!

Passover has come and gone, and all that remains is the trial before the Crucifixion. Jesus is in the temple gardens, praying for strength for the coming ordeal, when a stray thought turns into a prayer for some kind of comfort before he leaves. That prayer is answered not in the spirit, but the flesh, as a certain yellow pegasus pays him a rather unusual visit.

A luxury cruise is attacked in the middle of a voyage by a vicious sea serpent. As many ponies flee for their lives, eight ponies end being left behind. Finding what seems to be their only chance for survival, can they decide who should be saved and who should be forgotten? And even more important: which of them will make the sacrifice needed for the others to survive?

On a clear spring morning, a human trapped in Equestria without a Bible teaches Twilight the meaning of Easter.

Rainbow Dash always prayed whenever she could, but hardly considered herself a user of passionate prayer. The only thing Dash ever showed humility in was her Faith. However, being trapped in Ghastly Gorge during her own pet race put her in a really dark place. Filled with fear and trembling, Dash knew she had to reach deep within her and call out to her Heavenly Father in earnest prayer. And to her amazement, God sent a miracle.
