This story is a sequel to The Doctor Whooves Chronicles Episode 3: The Monster in the Mirror

For their first willing trip together, the Doctor and Derpy find themselves in the underwater metropolis of Atlantis. However, the saltwater utopia is burdened by terrorists who wish to keep Atlantis separated from the overworld. With the Prince of Equestria visiting and the life of the King of Atlantis threatened, the watery city is about to reach its boiling point.

In the wake of the massacre of the Uchiha clan, a mysterious masked man steals a bargaining chip and the Jinchuuriki of the Kyuubi in one fell swoop, locking them away in the realm of Kamui. Uchiha Sasuke and Uzumaki Naruto join forces to find their way out, yet what they escape to is not their home, but another world altogether. He tries to head back to his universe, but things get complicated when a pegasus named Derpy finds her way into the TARDIS and they end up traveling back to Equestria's distant past.

The criminal organization known as akatsuki have completed their long acomplished goal of capturing the nine tailed beasts, already sealing the first seven. When attemping to seal the final two, however, something goes wrong, and the group is sent off their planet.

Waking up, they discover they have been transformed into colorful horses, yet they still posess there ninja abilities. Now travelling through the land, they begin a quest to find a way to return to their world. They are determined to get back, no matter who or what stands in their way.

This story depicts an alternate universe where the members of the akatsuki were not killed. Continuity and other factors from the origional timeline will be altered

During a picnic, a mysterious portal appears out of nowhere in plain view of Twilight and the rest of the gang. Curiosity gets the better of them, so they decide to enter the gateway to another world and see what's on the other side.

After transporting them to this strange new world, the portal powers down inexplicably, trapping the Bearers of Harmony in a strange cube land with no way back.
