Long ago, the War of the Magi reduced the World of Harmony to a scorched wasteland, and the powerful Magic of old ceased to exist. Even unicorns, the sole remaining wielders of conscious magic, were left with naught but the weakest of telekinetic power.

1000 years have passed... metals, focusing gems, explosives, and steam engines have been rediscovered, and high technology reigns. But once again there are those ponies who seek to enslave the World of Harmony by reviving the dreaded destructive power of Magic. Even now, Harmony hangs by a thread.

Can it be that those in power are on the verge of repeating a senseless and deadly mistake?

It is the responsibility of a king to care for his people and maintain order in his kingdom. That shouldn't be much trouble for a ruler as powerful as Discord, right? With his faithful and insecure advisor at his side, the draconequus sets out to explore his new world and personally see to it that peace reigns in Equestria.

However, the ponies want nothing to do with their frightening new ruler, and the unamused Spirits of Equestria aim to drag the Spirit of Chaos away before he can cause any more harm. Can Discord be the ruler Equestria needs? Or is he truly doomed to become the monster he is seen to be?

Feeling worn down from cleaning up the leftovers from Discord's reign of chaos, the Mane 6 decide to take a short vacation to Manehatten. No sooner do they arrive, however, than they encounter an oversized ninja squirrel that leads them into an ambush set by Discord and a mysterious assistant. The girls awaken to find themselves fused into Multi-mental Occupancy pairs and forced to take part in a scavenger hunt in exchange for Discord reversing the process. The girls will have to work together like never before in order to succeed.

Almost a year after her humiliating downfall in Ponyville, The Great and Powerful Trixie has arrived in Appleloosa, hoping to regain her former glory as an entertainer. The town however is in trouble, due to the efforts of the outlaw pony, the Coyote Colt, and his effort to sabotage the upcoming Summer Sun Celebration. Can Trixie help save the day? Rated 'Teen' for violence, although there is no gore.

Applejack is hell-bent on beating the high score on ‘Sea Pony Symphony’, her favorite pinball machine. Unfortunately the game has a dangerous twist in store for her. Will an unlikely retired pinball wizard be able to save her from a musical fate that is truly worse than death?

On secret assignment from Princess Celestia herself, Twilight investigates a powerful magical artifact for clues to the mystery of Luna's transformation in the evil Nightmare Moon. Incautious use of the artifact sends Twilight hurtling back in time. Can Twilight discover what caused Luna's transformation? And will she ever make it home again?
