Spike is now a teenage dragon, and his love for certain white unicorn is stronger than ever, while she's not completely aware of her feelings, and has to fight to keep her little sister in line before a new disaster explodes. Although generosity may help keeping greed away, could also become a two-edged sword, and Twilight is worried about Ponyville being destroyed again as it happened three years ago.

On the morning of the Summer Sun Celebration, he returns to Canterlot even though he knows he'll find nothing there but certain doom. He returns because he made a promise ... and nopony breaks a Pinkie promise.

After Spike gets his Heart stomped into little pieces will he ever be happy again?

Will another pony fill the hole in his heart?

Can he forget the incident and try another chance at love?

Only time will tell.

Spike finally decides to reveal his feelings for the pony he cares about, and nothing could possibly be better.

This isn't exactly full of a huge amount of conflict, it's mostly a sappy lovey dovey romance story for one of the cutest ships I've ever seen, because I'm a big sap and sucker.

I'm sorry I haven't written in a while. Things seem to be falling through the cracks lately. Spike thinks I should go see the doctor, but...

Spike doesn't know how long he's been running - he just knows he can't stop. He doesn't know why the ponies keep hunting him - he just knows they won't stop. From the sky, from the earth, from the water and all the between places, the ponies emerge with their tricks and their ambushes and their unrelenting hunger. He's just the appetizer in a banquet that never ends.
