Truth or myth? Ancient lost civilization or just an old pony's tale?

No pony has ever seen one, and most haven't even heard of them. But Lyra knows that these wonderful creatures are more than just old legends, and she's going to find out... and possibly drive her roommate insane in the process.

Some way, somehow, the squad of immune people find themselves in the Everfree forest instead of a normal tropical jungle. As they find their way out, they discover a mostly untouched Ponyville and more.

This takes place in the game after the player is done with the City of Moresby area and prepares to move on into the jungle.

Twilight reads about a way to view a pony's soul, to see everything about them laid bare. When she tries it on her friends, will she be able to look at them the same way again? Or will the secrets hidden in their hearts drive her away?

(Yes, I borrowed the idea of a "soulgaze" from The Dresden Files, because it's something that really fascinates me. It's not a crossover, just an idea.)
