Before the war between the Kingdom of Equestria and the Crystal Empire, King Sombra sent a plethora of messages and documentations to Princess Celestia. In short, most of them were proclamations for war against Equestria. After a while, a certain princess grew tired of the constant declarations. As a response, she sent only one letter back to King Sombra...

...And this was what she wrote.

After decades of brutal warfare, humanity has finally breached the defenses of Equestria, and now strikes at Canterlot itself. High above the walls of the city, Celestia watches the world she built burn around her. Her gambit has failed. Humanity has endured her assault. Now all she can do is wait and watch as the war she started comes to an end.

After the end of the Earth, a group of Newfoals form a society to fight back against their forced ponifications. Working against their new pony brains, they seek to bring Celestia herself to heel and force justice for the slights they feel they have endured. Soon their organization grows beyond their imagination, and Equestria is changed forever.

Equestria is threatened by a deadly alliance of Gryphons, Minotaurs, Horses and Changelings, an alliance that was supposedly created to maintain peace in Equestria. But Celestia is no fool. She knows that a war is coming, a war that cannot be stopped, and without allies and guards with no combat experience, Equestria won't stand a chance.

In the several corners of the world, humans are either enslaved to be gladiators, servants or guards. Those who remain free, struggle to survive. And with the other races of the world approaching more and more in human territory, their future seems grim and their numbers grow fewer.

A night of drinking shouldn't have ended with me waking up as a female, let alone a mare of all things! Well this is going to be weird... for a while.
