But when Celestia and everypony else recieve her she's skeletally starved, filthy, and very nearly dead. Meanwhile, while everypony's eye is turned, a lusty Blueblood pursues Twilight Sparkle, intent on adding her bloodline to his own so his family might step closer to godhood. In an Alternate version of Equestria, the battle against storm king is a bit like ww2 pacific. Sky Beak is the captain of the Jolly Rogers, during one of his missions, something happened to him which caused him to quit. Years later, his son Terramar wanted to follow his footstep to become a naval pilot. Sky beak soon became concerned about his son's ultimate fate of dying on the battlefield. Can father love change Terramar's mind?

Every year Luna amd Celestia go Trick or Treating together. But this year Celestia decides she needs to stop the emberassing tradition. Luna doesnt take the news to well and decides that its about time Celestia got more im touch woth her foalish side. But the age regression spell Luna uses transforms Celestia into a foal and Luna takes the oppurtunity and goes trick or treating with the foalified Celestia regardless.

After having learned of the joys and amazing potential of Cardboard Boxes for herself, Autumn Blaze decides that she must share this discovery with her village.

It ends with a declaration of war.

Written for the Quills & Sofa's "Expanding Universes" Prequels and Sequels event. This story is my extension on the original story A Kirin in Cardboard by TheLegendaryBillCipher. While reading Bill's story is not necessary to understand this one, it will provide some measure of context and you should just read it regardless because it is quite good.
