This is a direct sequel to Where Spike came from. If you have not read that story I would advise you do so before reading this, because a LOT happens in that fic.

The following contains MAJOR spoilers for Where Spike came from. Read at your own risk if you haven't read the original, as it will ruin a lot of the twists that happen.

The Tree of harmony has stripped all life from the mane 5's reality. Everyone they know is gone and there is nothing to go back to now. As they morn the loss of everything they ever loved they have to decide what their next step is.

Discord tells them that his reality isn't really made for ponies, and they cannot set hoof in one of the tree's realities again without it ending in their untimely deaths. So the Spirit of Chaos proposes that they simply... stop being ponies.

There is only one real rule regarding changeling royalty: there must always be a queen. Twilight Sparkle is about to learn this through personal experience.

So, when a random pink pony asks for him to "do her"
and intercourse love is the tastiest kind of love out there,

After countless failures, unkept promises, and horrendous public relations that have made changelings look like a swarm of mindless locusts, the Changeling Hivemind has fired Chrysalis as Their Queen. Now, They must choose a new queen, but in order to stop past mistakes from repeating, They decide to hold auditions and perform a thorough vetting of the candidates to find the best one.

Queen Chrysalis and Princess Jade are worried. Equestria, and the planet Sol, are about to be plunged into a chaos the likes of which have not been seen since the War of the Sun and the Moon almost a thousand years ago. The problem is, the changelings are the only ones who know it is coming. The second problem is, every other race despises the changelings, viewing them as a lesser race. So Chrysalis and her sister hatch a desperate plan: To infiltrate the rankings of Equestria and gain their trust, so that the ponies might once again trust the Peacekeepers of old.
