Princess Celestia finds twilight passed out from lack of sleep at Shining Armour and Princess Cadence's wedding reception. She tries to find a way to apologise to her student for ignoring her warnings about the changeling queen, and faces self doubt over relying on the elements of harmony, and the mane 6, putting themselves at risk to save her kingdom.

Following the Changeling Invasion of Canterlot, Twilight's friends, Princess Celestia and Shining Armor lament over how they failed to protect Canterlot from the Changelings as well for their behavior towards Twilight at the Wedding Rehearsal.

This story is a sequel to Sour Sweet Scrappers

You get a call from Sour Sweet in the middle of the night ordering you to get over to her house right away. Expecting late-night snuggles, you instead end up with pillow talk concerning the state of your relationship up to this point as well as its future.
