One of Equestria's greatest traits is tolerance. Every pony, whether Unicorn, Pegasus, or Earth, is accepted for who they are, and have their own parts to play in keeping Equestria running.

But what if an Earth pony decided he didn't want to play his assigned part? What if he wanted to rise above everyone else and become an Alicorn? Such a thing is possible... but the path to fulfilling one's dreams is never simple. Risks must be taken. Sacrifices must be made. And the question is always asked: How far would you go to get what you wanted? And would you be willing to pay a terrible price to get it?

A soldier awakes after an attack on his team and when he does, he finds he is no longer on the battlefield, but in a strange new world: Equestria - To find that he is not the only one that arrived out of his squad.

Whatever will they do?

5/12/13 = The story has been updated and finished completely. The last chapter had been extended, as there was no point adding another, like it says in the last chapter, there will be a second part to it.

The sequel will be coming out eventually, but it will be more intense and more tension will be added, along with more guts and glory!

The new story is expected to be out during some point nearing the end of 2013 and continuing on throughout 2014 from January.

Cheerilee deals with being retired and seemingly having nothing really left to do in Equestria, perhaps her passed students can teach her a lesson in turn.

I had to do some timeline chopping to get it to work but nothing major, just some movements of years.

I had to toss in a handful of OCs for her students/famous writers/poets but I didn't list it because the story is about Cheerilee, not them. And technically the last non canon pony is actually taken from one of her students seen in the show but I had to give her a name.

Sharp Shadow is like any pony, just a not so normal family. Since Shadow's father was a programmer, he had been astounded by the digital world. He often told his son Shadow stories of a world where digital heroes fight evil. This place is known as the Grid. Sadly, he disappeared one night without a trace. Twenty years, after he suddenly vanishes, an old family friend comes to visit. He said he received a page from Shadow's father, and strangely enough, it came from an old arcade building he used to own. Wanting answers, Sharp Shadow looks in the arcade for his father only to find his greatest adventure yet! *First fanfic lol and is closely related to Tron: Legacy, like I mean, if you compare the movie to this book, they're almost exactly the same, just different dialogue and such, secondly I got this idea because I was a huge MLP and Tron fan so I thought why not mix both? You hve to admit, if you read it, it came out decent right? Plus, there's also a reference to the Tron video game Tron: Evolution.*

Sunset waited outside the assembly hall, gazing down at her hands. Her mind was going over the spell again and again, remembering what the Princess had said, so long ago.
Behind the doors she could hear, even feel, the rumble of conversations inside the large room. No doubt everyone there knew what they wanted to say and do to her.

Darkness can eat away at one's soul; darkness and fear was all he knew for a thousand years. A brutal, near death, defeat has weakened this once nigh invincible Stallion of Darkness. It is now up to the least likely of heroes to unknowingly cure the pain and loss of his soul; hopefully he can regain it and light the fires in his long cold heart.

The home world of the Transformers - Cybertron - is dying. Energon, the lifeblood of the Transformers, is in scarce supply, sparking the one decision Optimus Prime has to make so that his race will survive. Optimus leads the Autobots in an attempt to man the last transport off his dying home, a ship known as The Ark.

Meanwhile, Megatron and his Decepticons have found a new world rich with energy and plan to suck it dry in a ship called The Nemesis. As both Autobots and Decepticons race towards the space portal to the new world, they must fight for their lives when the true end of the Cybertronians is near.

The once Golden Age of Cybertron is over... These are the end of days.

When a Space Bridge accident sends Grimlock to Equestria, he must locate the other Dinobots or become enemies to the strange inhabitants that rule this new world.

With Fall of Cybertron now released, this is the continued story of that horrid war, battles will be fought, heroes will fall, and the Autobots will never sacrifice freedom.....no matter what species they are fighting for.
