The girl in the story is just an average teenager and she feels like nothing is particularly special in her life. She has everything seemingly normal. She has friends and a loving family to top it off. However, she is bored with her current routine in her life to the point where she finds anything distracting as something to do.

The very night she gets back from babysitting her young cousin is the day that her boring routine will end. She dreams of the My Little Pony show she and her cousin were watching, she dreams of Equestria, she dreams of being in such a land with the mane six and all the others. However, when she wakes up, she finds out that some dreams should remain dreams. Maria finds herself in Equestria, although not in quite the way she would've first imagined.

Back by popular demand, Ace continues his misadventures across Equestria and surrounding lands. Along the way he must deal with Black Brew Smugglers, the Equestrian authorities, an old foe returning and his quickly dwindling supply of tobacco. When Twilight lands, she discovers that not only have Spike, Owlowiscious and Peewee followed her, but that they've arrived in a world where the main sentient species is human.
There's still a place where they teach magic, though.
Crossover with Harry Potter. Twilight will be effectively taking the role of Hermione.

After Midna, the Twilight Princess, returned to the Twilight Realm and destroyed the Mirror of Twilight in the process, Link continues to travel around the land of Hyrule. One year has passed, and our hero in green revisits the Sacred Grove in Faron Woods where the legendary Master Sword resides. As he looks at the blade and all the events that was associated with it, a portal forms above him. He is sucked into the portal along with the Master Sword and later finds himself in a grassy field.

This story takes place after the events of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
