One Year FimFic Anniversary · 6:25pm
Yup, I've been here a year now. In some ways it feels like it and in others it doesn't. I've found a lot of great stories here, and I've met some awesome people, I even get to see one of them soon. I know I'm not the fastest writer, or the best, but the support and feedback I've received have helped me grow tremendously. If I ever become the writer I want to be I'll have you all to thank for that.
That being said I have nothing for you storywise today because this week has been insane. Last Sunday morning we found my dad in the floor totally out of his head. He wouldn't talk and he acted like he couldn't hear us. We called 911 and he spent all day in a local hospital. When he wasn't any better that night they moved him to MCG in Augusta where they put him in the ICU. All day Monday he made no progress, he actually got worse. He started running a fever and sweat a lot. Then Tuesday he was finally back in his own head. He knew where he was, he talked to us, then at about 1:00 he was all of a sudden awake and wanted to go home. And physically he was fine so they couldn't keep him. We've kept an eye on him all week. We found out that it was an anti-anxiety pill that did it to him. Recently they changed one of his pills to a generic brand and he thought it was his anti-depressant which he can take 4 times a day but it ended up being one he was only meant to take once a day.
So yeah, its been a really long week and writing has been kinda low on the priority list, but the spark is there. This one I'm working on will bee a one-shot because god knows I don't need another iron in the fire, so to speak. I don't really have a time frame because things are coming one day at time for now but hopefully soon.
Anyways, my food is ready so I'll stop rambling now. Thanks again for supporting me, and I'll see you all around.
